Choose an available OPD slot online and enter your contact and pet details. The slot is held briefly and the clinic completes confirmation by phone.
What are the clinic hours?
Monday–Saturday: 10 AM to 2 PM and 5 PM to 8:30 PM. Sunday: 10 AM to 3 PM. Home visits are arranged by phone and are subject to availability.
What should I bring to a first visit?
Bring any prior prescriptions, vaccination records, laboratory or imaging reports, and a list of current medicines or supplements.
Can I see my pet records online?
The pet-owner portal is designed to bring approved visit summaries, reports, invoices and preventive-care dates together securely. Access is enabled as records are verified.
Does an online request guarantee the appointment?
No. The requested slot remains pending until the clinic verifies it with you. For urgent concerns, call the clinic directly.
Is DCR Vets a 24-hour emergency hospital?
No 24-hour emergency service is advertised. If your pet may be in immediate danger, call the clinic and seek the nearest appropriate emergency facility without waiting for an online reply.
