This policy applies to visitors, pet owners and other people who use DCR Vets’ public website, appointment-request tools, contact form and pet-owner portal. DCR Vets operates from Sector 29, Faridabad, Haryana.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you use the clinic and website, information may include your name, phone number, email address, appointment preferences, communication consent, and information about a pet such as name, species, age, case number, medical history, prescriptions, preventive-care schedule, reports, images and invoices.
Technical security records may include a shortened or cryptographically transformed network identifier, request time, device or browser information and login activity. Payment providers may process payment details under their own terms; DCR Vets does not ask you to submit card numbers, passwords or OTPs through the contact form.
3. Why information is used
- To review and verify appointment requests.
- To provide and document veterinary care.
- To maintain case-numbered patient records, reports, billing and stock-linked treatment records.
- To send requested service messages, reminders and account security notices.
- To respond to enquiries and improve clinic operations.

4. Communications and consent
DCR Vets may contact you by phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp or in-app notification when you request an appointment, enquire about care, choose a reminder channel or when communication is reasonably connected to an active clinic service. Marketing messages should only be sent where an appropriate permission or lawful basis exists. You may ask to change non-essential communication preferences.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with authorised clinic staff and carefully selected providers that support hosting, authentication, messaging, email, payment, laboratory, imaging, backup or security functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect vital interests, or with your direction for referrals and continuity of care. DCR Vets does not sell patient or pet-owner information.
6. Storage, security and retention
DCR Vets uses access controls, encrypted transport, protected file storage, activity records and least-privilege accounts appropriate to the system. No internet service can promise absolute security. Records are retained for the period needed for care, accounting, dispute handling, legal or professional obligations, after which they may be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
7. Your choices
You may ask to review or correct contact information, update communication preferences, or raise a privacy concern. Access to clinical or financial records may require identity verification and may be subject to professional, legal or record-retention requirements.
8. Cookies and third-party sign-in
The website uses essential cookies for security, sessions and portal authentication, and uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Conversion Linker and Microsoft Clarity for consent-controlled analytics, audience measurement and experience improvement. Non-essential measurement remains denied until you choose “Allow measurement”; you can change this choice through “Cookie preferences”. Appointment and contact forms are explicitly masked for Clarity, and personal details entered in those forms are not intentionally sent to analytics or advertising tools. If Google or Facebook sign-in is enabled, the provider may share account identifiers according to the permission screen and its own policy.
9. Children
Clinic accounts and consent should be managed by an adult capable of accepting these terms. The website is not designed for children to submit personal information independently.
10. Changes and contact
