2. Information is not a diagnosis

3. Emergencies
DCR Vets does not advertise a 24-hour emergency service. Online forms, email and appointment requests are not monitored as emergency channels. If a pet may be in immediate danger, call the clinic and seek the nearest appropriate emergency facility without waiting for an online response.
4. Appointment requests
An online time selection is a request and temporary hold, not a confirmed appointment. Confirmation occurs only after the clinic verifies the request. Availability may change because of clinical priorities, closures, delays or incorrect information. Please provide accurate contact and pet details and notify the clinic if you cannot attend.
5. Home visits and other services
Home visits, procedures, tests, imaging pathways, certificates and other services are subject to clinical suitability, staff availability, consent and clinic confirmation. A page describing a service is not a promise that it is appropriate or immediately available for every case.
6. Travel documents
Pet travel requirements can change and are controlled by authorities, destinations and carriers. The pet owner is responsible for checking current official rules and document acceptance. A clinic consultation or certificate does not guarantee travel or entry.
7. Portal accounts
You are responsible for keeping sign-in links, passwords, devices and OTPs secure and for notifying the clinic about suspected unauthorised access. Do not attempt to access another person’s or pet’s records. The clinic may suspend access to protect records or investigate misuse.
8. Payments, invoices and corrections
Fees, taxes, discounts and payment terms are shown or discussed for the relevant clinic service. Online availability does not publish or guarantee a price. Billing or record errors should be raised promptly so they can be reviewed and corrected through an auditable adjustment.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse forms, probe security, upload harmful material, interfere with services, impersonate another person, scrape private information or use the platform unlawfully. Automated abuse may be rate-limited or blocked.
